I am honoured to have swum in your waters since before I could walk. <img width="2362" height="3543" width_o="2362" height_o="3543" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/1f671543854b809852c547fed7b12efd5219325d0d2fed8007a9a1d05c7b740a/IMG_6910.jpg" data-mid="191604264" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/1f671543854b809852c547fed7b12efd5219325d0d2fed8007a9a1d05c7b740a/IMG_6910.jpg" /> <img width="976" height="1452" width_o="976" height_o="1452" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/9e70f4405c42b2831a6e98ed97a39599bb16b599b0d92bd7bc7b4c8bd2e59584/137807.jpg" data-mid="191604206" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/976/i/9e70f4405c42b2831a6e98ed97a39599bb16b599b0d92bd7bc7b4c8bd2e59584/137807.jpg" /> <img width="1500" height="2250" width_o="1500" height_o="2250" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/49790ddd0489f92da3f21e4af98bfd15facce54dbcd88a91392b08687d7c1e7c/IMG_4040_10thmarch_merlotsyrah_shopify1500.jpg" data-mid="191604245" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/49790ddd0489f92da3f21e4af98bfd15facce54dbcd88a91392b08687d7c1e7c/IMG_4040_10thmarch_merlotsyrah_shopify1500.jpg" /> <img width="1500" height="2250" width_o="1500" height_o="2250" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/69ddd2d041c95e317f5f313f5ec3621083b98ddfbd620abc23bf9f783fcd7d40/DSCF06176thMarch2022_shopify1500.jpg" data-mid="191604217" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/69ddd2d041c95e317f5f313f5ec3621083b98ddfbd620abc23bf9f783fcd7d40/DSCF06176thMarch2022_shopify1500.jpg" /> <img width="1500" height="2250" width_o="1500" height_o="2250" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/134fe418f5ed75d98ba8cd869b63286efe7f46e3da9001e547906fd5e8a8a73d/IMG_40048thMarch2022_fiano_shopify1500.jpg" data-mid="191604278" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/134fe418f5ed75d98ba8cd869b63286efe7f46e3da9001e547906fd5e8a8a73d/IMG_40048thMarch2022_fiano_shopify1500.jpg" /> <img width="1500" height="2250" width_o="1500" height_o="2250" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/aa2d3a4b945feb7969f9c6b3bfbcfc44d083e7047a73e87e7d42e545cb90dda3/fiano_IMG_37533rdMarch2022_fiano_shopify1500.jpg" data-mid="191604225" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/aa2d3a4b945feb7969f9c6b3bfbcfc44d083e7047a73e87e7d42e545cb90dda3/fiano_IMG_37533rdMarch2022_fiano_shopify1500.jpg" /> <img width="1500" height="2250" width_o="1500" height_o="2250" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/d8ce16a176d417c41bfc7a61fcd018ee10f21c9f980078581dfd4b97efd4c30a/IMG_4033_10thmarch_merlotsyrah_shopify1500.jpg" data-mid="191604244" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/d8ce16a176d417c41bfc7a61fcd018ee10f21c9f980078581dfd4b97efd4c30a/IMG_4033_10thmarch_merlotsyrah_shopify1500.jpg" /> <img width="1452" height="2161" width_o="1452" height_o="2161" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/c3f274b26511f8b1203b608999cdbfa923819177e1a03aada294f9d5432339ab/120511.jpg" data-mid="191604199" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/c3f274b26511f8b1203b608999cdbfa923819177e1a03aada294f9d5432339ab/120511.jpg" /> <img width="1500" height="2250" width_o="1500" height_o="2250" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/ed13939d698b8a90fa169b1c28fd27449c8b2bd5e367660a3ba07f01f0780ea5/DSCF06536thMarch2022_shopify1500.jpg" data-mid="191604219" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/ed13939d698b8a90fa169b1c28fd27449c8b2bd5e367660a3ba07f01f0780ea5/DSCF06536thMarch2022_shopify1500.jpg" /> <img width="1500" height="2250" width_o="1500" height_o="2250" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/85da6c73cf4220790a5d3ba8142daf3565db505639a3a80363726613225a96f9/IMG_4043_10thmarch_merlotsyrah_shopify1500.jpg" data-mid="191604247" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/85da6c73cf4220790a5d3ba8142daf3565db505639a3a80363726613225a96f9/IMG_4043_10thmarch_merlotsyrah_shopify1500.jpg" /> <img width="2231" height="3346" width_o="2231" height_o="3346" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/54932bb66b6968176b681304b0fed9daae1b7c8fe7ebac1c30c3c25609c8ed68/IMG_0740.jpg" data-mid="191604234" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/54932bb66b6968176b681304b0fed9daae1b7c8fe7ebac1c30c3c25609c8ed68/IMG_0740.jpg" /> <img width="1500" height="2250" width_o="1500" height_o="2250" data-src="https://freight.cargo.site/t/original/i/5c1b700e4aa4a41ea0da42133b0112a77662dd91398976804ba9a2783454f95a/IMG_35562ndMarch2022_shopify1500.jpg" data-mid="191604272" border="0" src="https://freight.cargo.site/w/1000/i/5c1b700e4aa4a41ea0da42133b0112a77662dd91398976804ba9a2783454f95a/IMG_35562ndMarch2022_shopify1500.jpg" /> https://un-po.com/Impressum Fri, 22 Sep 2023 21:32:30 +0000 UN PO' Natural Wines by Matt Purbrick https://un-po.com/Impressum Impressum. I made the first wine for this project, Soft Soft Big Big, in Australia in 2020, from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on Yorta Yorta Country. The second UN PO’ wine, The Moon Is An Apricot, was made in 2022 from the first harvest of Fiano grapes we grafted onto the same Yorta Yorta vineyard back in 2020. Both of these wines were released Australia-wide via our Minimum shop (though some of both made their way to some Berlin natural wine shops while we were living there too) and are now sold out.&nbsp; Except for Australian harvest time, I have been EU-based since 2019—between Italy and Berlin—and have made my latest releases for this project in Italy, my ancestral home. In 2022 Berlin friend, fellow Scorpio (actually we share our birthday) and Italian brother, Marco, created Tuscan project, Casa Cantina. These underground wines were sold in select bars &amp; shops in Berlin and Denmark, and have now also sold out. My most recent project, carefully fermented in 2024, is with Vasile, Luca, Massi, Erin and Evi, friends from further south in Tuscany, in the Maremma. Wanting to continue to cross-pollinate Europe and Australia, we brought these wines back to Australia this time. They have now all been released on our&nbsp;Minimum shop and are available to purchase. If you have any questions, you can reach me here. Thanks for following along&nbsp; :) UN PO' = a little // a little bit.
