Tastes: Complex and balanced red. Drinking beautifully now and will also age very well over the next few years. Sangiovese Piccolo brings intense jammy berry vibes and bold body, mellowed and balanced by the Trebbiano.



Wild fermented in a single 500L open vat. Hand plunged twice daily, and gifted daily ritual offerings from the surrounding natural lands. Basket-pressed into damigiane and matured for nine months, before hand-bottling with love. A 100% natural wine; nothing but wild fermented, organic grape juice. Zero additives. Zero sulphur.
