Our first harvest of Fiano in 2022, off vines grafted in 2020. Hand-picked, de-stemmed and left to wild ferment on full skins for 5 days in an open tub. Basket pressed to 2 x aged 300L barrels. Full malolactic fermentation. Matured on lees for five months before hand-bottling. A 100% natural wine; nothing but wild fermented, organic grape juice. Zero additives. Zero sulphur.
