Wild fermented in a single 1200L open vat. Hand plunged twice daily, and gifted daily ritual offerings from the surrounding natural lands. Basket-pressed into damigiane and matured for nine months, before hand-bottling with love. A 100% natural wine; nothing but wild fermented, organic grape juice. Zero additives. Zero sulphur.
